Kindful Studios is a hosted podcast and content studio at The Foundry, Dolphin Centre, Poole. The team behind Kindful Creative runs it. You turn up. We have the room ready. You record. We get the files onto a drive before you leave.
Arrive. Record. Done. We'll handle everything else.

Two rooms
The big one is the larger room. Three set-ups, up to four people on camera. Podcast set, round table, lounge.
The little one is smaller and quieter. One interview set-up, up to two people.
Both rooms record video and audio. A single session is enough for a podcast episode, a batch of social clips, or a talking-head day. If you want more than one episode in a sitting, say so when you book.
What a session actually includes
Every booking is a hosted recording session. You are not hiring an empty room.
You get:
- A friendly meet and greet when you arrive
- Refreshments
- Your studio prepared before your session
- Professional cameras, microphones, lighting and recording equipment
- Camera, lighting and audio setup
- Technical support throughout your recording
- Multi-camera video and professional audio capture
- Your recording files transferred before you leave
The microphones are Shure SM7B. The cameras are 4K Sony FX30. Lighting is already in the room. You do not need to know how any of it works.
If you already have a crew
Plenty of people walk in with a producer or a camera operator they already trust. That is fine. Talk to us when you book and we will say what the room can do for that day.
Editing is a separate conversation. It is not in the session price. The Kindful Creative team can pick that up if you want it.
Membership
Community membership is live at £29 +VAT a month, for people who want to use the rooms regularly. Corporate membership for teams is coming soon. Register interest on that page.

The Foundry, Dolphin Centre, Poole. The studio postcode is BH15 1SR. Parking is the Dolphin multi-storey, BH15 1TA.
Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00. Closed weekends.
